10 days Yoga retreat offers a deeper understanding of how you can use yoga asanas for mental health. Through the practice of some asanas our energy level, mind patterns and habits can be changed. There will be daily Hatha and Ashtanga yoga classes which helps increase physical strength, inner strength and naturally flexibility of the body and mind.
